You may return any item within 30 days of shipment, as long as the item(s) are in new condition and in their original packing. Once the return is received, NewlyWish credit will be added to your account. This credit will auto apply to your next purchase on NewlyWish (no codes necessary) and you can use it any way you wish.
The only items that are not returnable are custom items (e.g. anything monogrammed, original artwork, etc.) or any food/perishable items. If you have questions about the return-ability of a particular item or would like to coordinate a return, please Submit a Request and we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
To expedite your return, when submitting your request, please include as much detail about your return as you can (like the order number, name of product, purchaser and the reason for the return).
